Konan has the ability to transform her chakra into paper, which allows her to change her body and clothes into many sheets of paper. This can be very captivating to her opponents. She can control and shape the paper into different things like spears for attacking, origami butterflies for spying, and clones for support. Konan can also create paper wings to fly and shoot paper rapidly. Moreover, she can wrap her enemies in paper, restricting their movements and suffocating them. However, her paper behaves like regular paper and can be burned by fire or stick together with oil, making it difficult for her to manipulate. Initially, Pain stops the rain in Amegakure to help Konan use her paper more effectively, but later she is seen using it even in the rain.

Paper Chakram

Konan collects many paper sheets and forms them into a round shape like a spinning disc. She throws this disc at her target, and she has control over its speed and direction. This allows her to attack from different angles and makes it difficult for the enemy to avoid it. When the disc collides with something, it creates a strong impact because it spins so fast.

Paper Clone

Konan has a special skill to control the shape and color of her paper, and she can use it to create copies of herself. These copies look just like her, but if they get hit, they will transform back into paper. Sometimes, Konan hides explosive tags inside these paper clones, so she can surprise her enemies with a powerful and dangerous attack.

Paper Drizzle

Konan makes wings out of her paper and uses them to shoot a lot of paper very quickly at her target. This attack is so powerful that it was able to overcome Jiraiya's Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique in the anime.

Paper Shuriken (D)

This technique involves using chakra to make paper become hard and take the shape of shuriken, which are throwing weapons. The user can make the shuriken more powerful by changing its shape. Konan had the ability to fold the paper shuriken into various shapes, like a four-pointed star or a shape similar to a kunai. When combined with Nagato's Wind Release: Gale Palm, they were able to make the shuriken even more deadly.

Paper Person of God Technique (A)

Konan hides a massive number of explosive tags, around six hundred billion, within the surroundings such as land or water. She does it so cleverly that even the Sharingan cannot see through her deception. When the target is in the right position, Konan makes the surroundings split apart, creating a deep chasm beneath the target. Since there are no footholds left, the target is forced to fall deeper into the abyss. While the target is descending, Konan makes the explosive tags stick to their body and explode. With such a large number of tags, around six hundred billion, she can sustain continuous explosions for ten minutes, which is longer than the five-minute limit of Obito Uchiha's intangibility ability.

The Sensing Technique is a skill that allows certain shinobi to shape and transform their chakra into a special type called sensor chakra. This helps them sense and locate targets by their unique chakra signatures. The range of this technique can differ depending on the sensor's abilities.
